Fuel Electrode Slurry

Product Overview

This product is an SOFC fuel electrode slurry specially optimized for Gadolinium-Doped Ceria (GDC) or Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte systems.

Nickel (Ni) is used as the catalyst due to its high electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen. Meanwhile, GDC serves as a structural framework that effectively improves thermal expansion compatibility between the electrode and electrolyte, enhances the mechanical strength of the electrode, and suppresses the agglomeration and grain growth of Ni particles at high temperatures.
